Iapetus Wine Takeover

Winemaker and friend Ethan Joseph is paying us a visit (and opening bottles, of course!). His Vermont-based winery, Iapetus, is a favorite around here, utilizing hardy, lesser-known hybrid grapes for fresh, funky, and terroir-driven wines that are incredibly food friendly and fun to sip. We’ll have four of his Iapetus wines open for tastes and pours on Sunday, February 16th (and our full menu available), plus the man himself on hand to talk about these cool grapes, his process, and whatever else you think to ask!
