Folks, we have made it to February! In light of the extraordinary year we had (and all the work still to come in 2021 and beyond), this month’s meals celebrate Joe Beef’s second cookbook, aptly titled Surviving the Apocalypse. These two Quebecois chefs pulled together meals and recipes both nostalgic and aspirational, pantry staples, stories, indigenous cuisine, and classic dishes recognizable to anyone from the North East of this cold, challenging, hopeful continent. Spring is coming!

Pick up a family meal ready to heat and serve (feeds 4 people, or 2 with plenty of leftovers!).

February 3: French Onion Soup in Puff Pastry, with an appetizer of marinated and fresh vegetables crudité. Maple cream sandwich cookies for dessert. (Vegetarian) **SOLD OUT THANK YOU!**

Feb 10: Smoked Meat Bolognese with our mini sourdough baguettes, a green salad, and croissant bread pudding. **SOLD OUT THANK YOU!**

Feb 24: Winter Lobster Rolls (!!) Griddled brioche bun, lobster salad, winter veggie slaw, and house chips. A citrus crème brûlée for dessert. (Pescatarian)
