We are so delighted to partner with Frog & Toad and present the Knock it Off bottled cocktail! Think of it as an unapologetically sweet n’ tart summer sipper: like an Aperol Spritz met a Cosmo, fell in love, and moved to Pawtucket. Using 100% locally made ingredients, your purchase of the cocktail supports Bywater and our staff along with two other Rhode Island small businesses (Anchor & Hope winery and Rhode Island Spirits), along with 20% of the purchase price donated to the Rhode Island Foundation’s Covid19 Response Fund. We are especially grateful to the fund for helping RI’s amazing nonprofits serve those communities hardest hit by the virus, including many restaurant industry employees and their families.
This fizzy beverage will be made in several small batches and should be kept chilled and served immediately (within 1-2 days), so plan on picking it up on an evening you can shut your laptop, grab some takeout, and find a socially distanced picnic spot to kick off your shoes. We like it over ice with a squeeze of citrus, or topped off with even more bubbles (like club soda) to create a lower ABV apéritif. Each 12oz bottle makes two full-strength cocktails.
