March 5: Proclamation Ale Dinner & Chat

March 5 at 6pm / $75 / LOCAL BREWS / Special guest and former Bywater bartender Ben Terry is now with Proclamation Ale and will be bringing us all his nerdiest, left-of-center, interesting beers. We’ll have snacks, a light meal, some sweets, and a guided beer tasting with plenty of insider wisdom and good company.

Since Bywater is closed midweek and it’s officially COZY season, I’m sparked to create some private, off-menu events that lean into our access to incredible natural wines, beers, and rustic, shareable foods enjoyed with friends. I’ll be flying solo on these evenings or bringing in friends and guests to help execute intimate little dinners that show off specific artisans, winegrowers… and since I’m hosting them myself, the price here is inclusive of everything, including beverages, and gratuity is not expected.

Since pre-bought tickets will make my planning and purchasing for these dinners a thousand percent easier, I am offering them now in hopes I can fill the dining room and bar with friendly faces and we can all enjoy each other’s company on these dark, cold nights… and eagerly anticipate the warmer season to come.
