Season Pass: Local Farm Tour Dinner Series
Bywater’s new chef Luke and I have been dreaming up an offsite dinner series that gives our guests an in-depth look at the local farmers and producers that provide the delicious backbone to our menus. While the exact schedule and itinerary is still TBD, here are a few of the ideas in the works:
– Guided “clam tour” (on a boat?!) with Andrade’s Catch and an al fresco feast on the beach
– A visit to Warren’s Nomadic Pastures to see their regenerative agriculture concept at work, followed by an “Outstanding in the Field” style chicken dinner
– A trip up to Providence to tour the ISCO distillery (tasting room now run by our former bartender and dear friend Andy K!), taste their wares, and enjoy supper and cocktail pairings
– A harvest dinner and roast in our “parking lot patio” showing off the best of our local bounty
These tickets will likely be for half-day style events (3-5 hours with travel) and prices will include service (including a fee to our generous hosts!) and taxes. Prices might vary but will likely be upwards of $200 per person, per event. This listing is for 2 tickets to 3 events in 2022/23 with a little “thank you” discount.
*Deposits or special event tickets can be transferred to gift cards to use for Bywater, Bakeshop, other special events, rental deposits, wine club, or any other projects. No restrictions!
